Abstract

In this paper, the questionnairing for the enterprise was carried out focusing on the direct effect of using internship and part-time job for the ability grasp of the student. As a result, (1) when recruiting new graduates, "interviews" are the most important means of identifying abilities. There are few internships and part-time jobs, companies are more aware of their effectiveness than interviews; (2) many companies have conducted internships for recruitment purposes, but they have not achieved the original objectives sufficiently; and (3) companies accept 2.4 times as many students as new graduates as internship students, of which 6.4% are actually recruited. Looking at the total number of new graduate recruits, it became clear that about one in seven was recruited through internships.
