This research was performed to gain the coping behavior for patient's hallucination of hearing. The psychoeducational program was performed to gain the coping behavior for patient's hallucination of hearing to verify it, the effect was researched. The subjects of this research were 2 patients who were schizophrenia at A psychiatric hospital and appeared positive and negative symptom of psychotic manifestations. The psychoeducational program was performed using the textbook of Harada, and 10 sessions were performed to gain the coping behavior for patient's hallucination of hearing. The PANSS (Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale) which is a scale for the evaluation of the mental state containing the positive and negative symptom was used for this research. The evaluation of PANSS after nurses' intervention for patients was performed about one hour 1 time per one nurse. All sessions of nurses' intervention were held 10 times. The last session was selected by patient himself,and SST (Social Skill Training) performed for patients using the coping behavior's method which is a patient's original coping behavior. As a result of the psychoeducational program, patients had the opportunity to notify the beginning of aggravation of symptoms. Furthermore the skill of self-coping patients' behavior became to work easily.

本研究は,幻聴のある患者に対して,心理教育的アプローチの介入が幻聴に苛む患者の自己対処能力の獲得によって,幻聴の軽減にどのように影響したかについて,その効果を検証する目的で研究を行った.研究対象者は2名の統合失調症患者を対象に,精神症状の陽性・陰性症状が高い患者2人を対象とした.評価方法は,心理教育プログラムは,幻聴の自己対処行動を獲得するために,原田のテキストを用い10回(約1回1時間程度)をプログラム実施前後で,陽性・陰性評価尺度で評価をした.最後のセッションでは,自己対処をより具体的にする為に,患者自身が自己対処できると思う方法を自分で選びSSTで訓練した.心理教育プログラムの結果,患者自身が症状悪化の兆候を知る機会になり,幻聴に対する自己対処行動のスキルが働き易くなった.
