本研究の目的は，患者の内面的成長を促すことを目的とした援助的コミュニケーションスキルと私的スピリチュアリティおよび共感性との関連性を検討することである．看護師857名に，援助的コミュニケーションスキル測定尺度（TCSS），基礎的コミュニケーションスキル尺度（ENDCOREs），スピリチュアリティ評定尺度A（SRS−A），多次元共感性尺度（MES）で構成された質問紙法を実施し共分散構造分析を行った結果，SRS−A からENDCOREs への直接効果と間接効果は0.32 と0.23，ENDCOREs からTCSS へのパス係数は0.45 であった．また，特定されたモデルの適合度は概ね良好であった．以上より，私的スピリチュアリティを基盤とする基礎的コミュニケーションスキルが援助的コミュニケーションスキルに影響を与えることが示唆された

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between therapeutic communication skills,personal spirituality, and empathy, with the aim of facilitating the inner growth of patients. A questionnaireconsisting of therapeutic communication skills scale (TCSS), basic communication skills scale (ENDCOREs),spirituality rating scale A (SRS-A), and multidimensional empathy scale (MES) was given to 857 nurses. Theresults of covariance structure analysis revealed direct and indirect effects from SRS-A to ENDCOREs of 0.32and 0.23, respectively, and a path coefficient from ENDCOREs to TCSS of 0.45. The goodness of fit of theidentified model was generally good. The above suggests that basic communication skills affects therapeuticcommunication skills based on personal spirituality.
