本研究では、中学生と高校生の運動と体育に対する態度から、その「実態」と「要因」を明らかにし、「よい体育の授業」について検討することを目的とした。「実態」調査と「要因」調査の結果から、運動好きの体育好き群、運動好きの体育嫌い群、運動嫌いの体育好き群、運動嫌いの体育嫌い群の4群の特徴が明らかとなり、それぞれの群の特徴に応じた「よい体育の授業」を考案した。
