研究の概要(英文)：This paper argues a positive and negative neighborhood process of the gentrifications analyzing the traditional gentrification’s cases, Barnsbury, London and Park Slope, New York City. As outlining and summarizing the definition and historical trends of the gentrification, this paper is not only indicates the production and reproduction of the “emancipator space”, but also proposes the problematic questions with the social injustice, anti- gentrification movements, and resistance.
