Abstract

Chinese government encourages Chinese enterprises to expand overseas business in accordance with their national strategies. Main purposes are that Chinese enterprises increase their presence in overseas countries and acquire overseas companies' technologies, management know-how, human resources and assets in order to catch up advanced nations. Their main measure is M & A strategy. International business specialization is expanding around East Asian countries. These phenomena will increase year by year among Japan, NIEs countries, ASEAN countries and China. Japanese companies must build up East Asian international business specialization network in business operation processes exploiting a characteristic in product architecture of East Asian and Chinese enterprises. At the same time Japanese companies should make an effort to strengthen own international competitiveness and management skill furthermore.
