Description
The purpose of this study was to examine what differences were found in hesitation of self-disclosure between to the best friend and an ordinary friend. As the first step, free description survey about the experiences of hesitation of self-disclosure was conducted. The questionnaire was developed on the basis of the results. 220 students of a university, a junior college, and a vocational school answered the questionnaire. The results showed that the difference of the degrees of hesitation of self-disclosure was not seen depend on the degree of intimacy with friends. It was suggested that structures of hesitation of self-disclosure differ by each.
