Description

The first purpose of this study is to examine the ideal way of adaptive independence in adolescence by clarifying the relationship among the feeling of something to live for, "independence", and dependency. The second purpose is to examine various states of "independence". The influence that independence and dependency have on the feeling of something to live for was examined. It shows that the feeling of something to live for becomes higher as a person is more independent, whether the person is dependent or not. In the second research, the balance between independence and dependency, dependence-object, and the rates of satisfaction ware examined. It shows that the person who is "Independent" has great satisfaction, which is one side of the feeling of something to live for. Therefore, adaptive independence is that both independence and dependency exist and keep the balance.
