Abstract

To make qualitative improvements in teaching practice, it seemed important that interns clarify their own issues for participating. To do that, we tried to create a test that can provide data for self−reflection for teaching practice. We understood it would be effective to use IRT for providing objective scores from test results. This paper describes our path towards its development, and as a result of comparative study of the trials until now, we propose several conditions that are effective for creating tests using IRT concerning teaching practice participation.
