Abstract

This paper aims to clarify that strategy and Human Resource Management(HRM), Performance Management(PM) on MOT(Management of Technology). I reveal that how does Japanese MOT firm operate their HRM and PM, which are based on their strategy, and I pick up a precision instrument firm (is called Company C in this paper). This research is qualitative analyse, case-study. Although Japanese economy is downsizing, the contribution of engineers' that contributes to innovation particularly is raising now. Engineers will pull the Japanese economy. This research reveals the systems that manages engineers, and it gains a foothold in the research of engineer in Japan.
