本研究ではA大学での事例を通して,今後の高等教育機関における発達障害のある学生へのキャリア支援について検討することを目的とした。本研究における対象学生の修学,就労実態及び先行研究における発達障害のある人々にとって習得が求められる就労に関わるスキルから検討すると,大学で実施する就労を見据えたキャリア支援に関わる講義では,重要な視点を理解しメモするといった「メモスキル」を取り上げる必要性が挙げられた。講義を実施するにあたってはデジタル教材化した教材を用いることとした。今後,学生の変化より,講義の効果の検証が必要であると言える。

This study clarified carrier supports of students with developmental disabilities in the future through practical case at A university. In the light of actual conditions of school and working life for the focus students with developmental disabilities, it clarified skills required for working for them. As the results, it was suggested a need for dealing with “memo skills" by way of taking a note with understanding crucial perspective in the lecture involved in carrier supports aimed to work at a university. For giving the lecture, we putted educational digital materials to use. In the future, it is needed to verify the effects of the lecture involved in carrier supports aimed to work depending on changing of the focus students with developmental disabilities.
