本研究は小・中学校を対象とした調査より,障害理解教育の実施内容別に教員の意識に関する項目を分析することを通して,教員がどのような意識で,障害理解教育の実践に取り組んでいるかを明らかにすることを目的とした。結果,「交流及び共同学習」,「障害シミュレーション体験」,「障害者講演」を実施している小・中学校の教員は,実施内容に関わる内容が含まれた教員の意識に関する項目について,重要であるという意識が高い傾向にあった。今後の課題としては1実施内容と実施している学年との関係を明らかにすること,2教員の障害理解教育に対する意識が障害理解教育の実践に影響することを踏まえ,こうした教員の意識をどのようにして,より望ましい方向に変化させるかなどが挙げられた。

The purpose of this study was clarified what the awareness teachers have been implemented special needs understanding education based on analysis of the awareness of teachers conducted by the type of the contents of the implementation. As the results, the teachers dealt with “the disability simulations" “the exchange activities and collaborative learning" “the discourse of people with disabilities" tended to be felt more important about the item of the awareness of teachers involved in the contents of the implementation. In the future, it was suggested the need to clarifying relationship between the contents of the implementation and the targeted grades about special needs understanding education, to clarifying how the awareness on special needs understanding education of teachers brings about change preferable in light of influencing practice of their special needs understanding education.
