[Abstract] This paper is a translation into Japanese of four Sakhalin Ainu tuytah collected by B. Piłsudski from the east coast of Sakhalin. The reason for making such an attempt is that the oral literature of the Sakhalin Ainu that is known in Japan has a large regional bias. I have translated and annotated four of the tuytah texts for which only English translations have been published. Since the original Ainu texts of these tuytah have not been found, I have done as much research as possible on similar tales in translating and commenting on them, and have added detailed notes in an effort to bring them closer to the original narratives.
