Abstract

This article discusses the real option decision making process under uncertainty for the opportunity to enter in the Tourism Business market. The model allows us to determine the optimal timing to launch an enterprise and stop the promotion activity. The model is based on the stochastic Verhulst/Gompertz equation, which provides a solution that reflects the network external evolution without using any factor by defining Monetary satisfaction recursively. Real Option approaches in financial applications are adopted in the analysis of applications as well.
