「隆達節歌謡」は一般に「隆達節」「隆達小歌」などと称される歌謡で、堺の町衆で法華宗の古刹顕本寺に住した高三隆達が歌い出し、 安土桃山時代から江戸時代初期にかけての一世を風靡した。 その「隆達節歌謡」には、 これまで未紹介の歌本や断簡資料が数多く存在している。 本稿は本誌前号掲載の前稿に引き続いて 「隆達節歌謡」 の新出資料を紹介していきたい。 本稿で紹介する資料は、 「年代不詳四首断簡 (思文閣善本特集第十二輯掲載古筆手鑑所収)」 「年代不詳三首断簡 (大東急記念文庫蔵古筆手鑑 『筆陣毫戦』 所収)」 「年代不詳二首断簡 (個人蔵古筆手鑑所収)」 の三種である。 また、末尾には隆達及び 「隆達節歌謡」 にかかわる様々な問題についての新たな知見を記した覚え書きを収める。 その中には東京国立博物館蔵の短冊手鑑に収録された「隆達節歌謡」 についての紹介が含まれる。

“Ryutatsubushi-kayo" are songs which were sung by Takasabu Ryutatsu who lived in Sakai. They had become very popular starting the Azuchimomoyama era and on the early years of the Edo era. There are a lot of unknown materials about them. This report is one of the series in which these materials are introduced. The song books introduced here are “Nendai husyo-yonsyudankan (年代不詳四首断簡)", “Nendaihusyo-sansyudankan (年代不詳三首断簡)". The notes from different angles about Ryutatsu and “Ryutatsubushi-kayo" are added at the end of this report.
