<p> In other countries, the concept of "15-minute city" is attracting attention: a new living area where daily life can be completed within a neighborhood. in japan as well, the concept of "living area" is expected to become more important because of population aging and changes in work styles. thus, it is necessary to clarify the actual residential behavior in the neighborhood, which is the most fundamental factor for examining the living area and urban function induction area. for this study, we used the sixth tokyo person trip survey, which includes latitude and longitude information, to elucidate the range of daily activities for various private activities and to examine the correspondence between daily activities in neighborhoods and urban function induction areas. results show that the travel distance from the residential area varied even if the concentration of arrival trips to the urban functional induction area was the same.</p>
