Abstract

<p>We evaluated the performance of the glycated hemoglobin analyzer The Lab 001 in capillary electrophoresis. The accuracy results obtained were good, and the correlation coefficient between the HPLC analysis and capillary electrophoresis was 0.996. In addition, it was shown that The Lab 001 can separate and detect mutated hemoglobin and hemoglobin F. Although the mutated hemoglobin and hemoglobin F can affect HbA1c measurement, The Lab 001 can be used for measurement without being affected by these types of hemoglobin.</p>
