In order to detect students with poor results in the national judotherapist examination at an early stage, online examination was conducted in the same way as the face-to-face examinations Therefore, the objective of this study was to report the difficulty of the examinations and learning assessment in this online examination because it may not have been the same as in other years. A total of 378 students who took the regular examinations of all five subjects that were required to obtain a judotherapist license was included in the study. We first divided the students into five categories. We then compared the regular examinations in all five subjects was between the five categories. In the group that took the online examination, there was a significant difference compared to the other groups only in the online examination subjects. There was a possibility that our online examination was not properly implemented to create test questions and prevent cheating. In order to conduct the examination as well as face-to-face examinations, it was necessary to improve the skills of the person conducting the online examinations.
