Description

Agile development has been adopted by many organizations and has achieved excellent results. On the other hand, there are quite a few organizations that do not achieve the expected results and give up on the implementation of agile development. One of the causes is the problem peculiar to the organization and the project for the implementation of agile development, and it seems that there is a difficulty that the result is not unique even with the same approach.

In this paper, by entering the answers that are thought to be related to the implementation and promotion of agile development obtained from the survey results of PMIJ and JISA into the “Agile Development Questionnaire” included in JASPIC’s Agile Development Startup Kit. Extract issues from the perspective of mind, culture, team, and project. We will consider the issues in the two samples with different survey viewpoints and verify the effectiveness of diagnosis and advice using the “Agile Development Questionnaire” for solving the issues.
