<p>From our experience of supporting reconstruction projects from the Great East Japan Earthquake, we keenly realized the need for unique project management methods aimed at solving social issues. It is difficult to reach consensus because various stakeholders are involved in tackling social issues and their requirements are extremely different. To overcome such difficulties, we constructed a project management method based on the design thinking approach and confirmed its effectiveness in actual social projects.</p><p>We propose this method as a methodology for designing individual parallel careers or second careers and planning corporate CSV activities or SDGs businesses.</p>
