1. In this study, we evaluated the special environment surrounding psychotic patients who receive home-based psychotherapy, and investigated their living environment and the degree of mental health, aiming at establishing a method to improve the living environment of such patients.

2. We set three regions in Japan, in which questionnaires, measurements, and GHQ/LASMI surveys were conducted.

3. The result shows that those patients need wider planar size of space than the average value obtained in the investigated three regions, better facilities, and an environment and support which allow them to keep things tidy and in order.
