<p>The purpose of this research is to clarify the characteristics when conducting evaluation research on product interfaces of BtoB companies.The process was described and reviewed with a record of practical attempts. Then, we considered it from the viewpoint of the difference from the usability evaluation research targeting the products of BtoC companies."Communication between researchers and BtoB company staff to collaborate on experimental stimuli is important.","It is important to design an evaluation that takes into account the two points that BtoB company products pursue efficiency and accuracy and that they are used by highly specialized users." The above findings were obtained.</p>
