Abstract

<p>In this study, the image analytical method to extract aggregate regions and judge the joint disposal extent is established for the joint disposal judgement by the green cut for the joint of concrete such as concrete dam. In this method, aggregate regions are extracted and the disposal extent is judged by using area information judged as aggregates by using two kinds of smoothing images and the difference image between these images. Appropriate aggregate extractions and judgements were carried out by the examination by using taken images for joints in the experimental field and the site by using developed image analysis method. Furethermore, good agreements were obtained in the investigation by using panorama images.</p>
