- 高速波長可変レーザを用いたテラヘルツ波生成システムの提案と実証
Description
The photomixing technique is a promising method of terahertz-wave generation. However, the conventional method uses two lasers, which results in a large space and high-power consumption. We devised a photomixing system using a single wavelength-tunable laser. We successfully demonstrated the system at 300 GHz using a reflection-type transversal filter laser.
