Abstract
Our linear CGRA based on CPU structure can easily debug algorithms on general-purpose processors and quick compilation due to the reduced exploration space for optimized placement and routing. We developed a Just-in-Time execution environment that utilizes quick compilation. This environment can dynamically generate the best mapping on-the-fly for each hardware that has a variety of the number of PEs. As a result of evaluations by matrix multiplication and backward convolution, the JIT compilation time was around only 1 to 3 seconds. And we confirmed compilation times are ignorable when sizes of data are large or kernels are reusable.
