Abstract

[Purpose] This time, we have devised and made a lower limb placercing exercise device for lower limb joint specific sensory practice. The purpose of this paper is to introduce this practice device and to introduce the method and procedure of practice. [About lower limb plaything exercise device] Side plates were installed on both sides of the wooden base, and drawer rails were installed on both side plates. A clog was attached to the inside of the 350mm drawer rail so that it could move back and forth. In addition, a target cover with a width of 20 mm was installed in front of the clogs of the training device. [Practice method] The subject wears a clog for measuring the test foot in the sitting position, and the examiner passively slides the test side leg to the target position, stops at the position, and memorizes the position. Instructs them to do so. Return the subject's lower leg to the starting position. The subject is instructed to automatically slide the lower limb to the previously memorized position, and the subject slides the clog to the target and measures the error. [Expected effects] The effects are expected as exercise therapy for measurement disorders and proprioceptive disorders of the lower limbs.
