Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to clarify the specific conditions of “a monologue organizations" in which a leadership does not emerge easily as a preliminary study for clarifying the process of leadership development based on “a relational approach". In a monologue relationship, each person complains of the other person and considers the problem as someone else's business and is indifferent to the other person. Based on the above results, it was indicated that the leadership is unlikely to emerge because individuals give up asserting themselves in terms other than numbers and making it difficult to establish a relationship of dialogue in the monologue organizations.
