Abstract
All the countries of the world have a problem of the global warming. The cause decreases use and the forest of the fossil fuel and includes that the density of atmospheric greenhouse gas suddenly increased with it. Therefore measures of the CO₂ reduction are done in the country. Estimation does fixed quantity of CO₂ which assumed Hakusan city a model, and a purpose of this study is to examine existence of the use of sustainable energy in the future based on it. Therefore I showed the possibility that the CO₂ absorption quantity of the plant increased because the result of the CO₂ mmobilized experiment to the plant which I carried out by this project gave a plant an electric field. Because I had a function of the immobilization of carbon dioxide than this, it was effective for decarbonization, and it turned out that I could expect a sustainability.
