Abstract

<p>本書は、米国における大学教育学習センター（Center for Teaching and Learning: CTL）に関するベストプラクティスをまとめ、センターの開設、活性化、維持と発展を目指す教育開発者に、実践的なガイダンスとリソースを提供するものである。日本においても、中央教育審議会「教学マネジメント指針」や「2040年に向けた高等教育のグランドデザイン（答申）」が促す「FD・SDの高度化」の要請の下にあって、教育開発者の知識・スキル・能力を高めることと、CTL開発のリーダーシップの役割を確立することは、同様に必要となっている。米国PODネットワークが実施してきた教育開発者を対象としたワークショップの実践の蓄積から抽出された知見も合わせて、評者は本協会の今後の活動への示唆を提案したい。</p>
