Abstract

本研究の目的は，山梨県の現状を踏まえた初任者研修プログラムを提起することにある。山梨県の女性管理職登用の課題点を明らかにした上で，教職員のワークライフキャリアについて考えるためのプログラムの提起を目指す。本研究において，先駆的な実践として岐阜県教育委員会と和歌山県教育センターの取組を紹介し，事例の検討を行う。それらを参考に，ジェンダーに配慮した初任者研修プログラムを作成し提起することとする。
