ソフトウェア開発企業にとって，コストなどのソフトウェア開発プロジェクトの結果は非常に重要である．プロジェクトの結果に関する研究は以前から取り組まれているが，近年においても結果に問題が生じなくなったとはいえない．本研究ではプロジェクト体制と結果との関係の正確な理解を目的とし，プロジェクト結果に影響する要因を明らかにする．プロジェクト結果としてコスト（生産性，技術者単価）と納期（開発速度，期間予実比）を分析対象とする．影響要因として，プロジェクトの開発体制（開発要員数，外部委託，契約形態）を分析対象とする．405組織から収集されたデータ2,299件から適切なプロジェクトを抽出後，主に重回帰分析を用いてコストと納期に影響する要因を分析した．その結果，外部委託は生産性に影響している一方で技術者単価には影響していないことが分かった．また，開発速度は要員数と外部委託の両方が関係していることが分かった．企業横断的に収集されたデータを用いて分析しているため，得られた結果は外的妥当性が高いことが期待される．

Software project outcomes such as cost is very important factors for software development company. Past studies have coped with the project outcomes, problems about the project outcomes still remain in recent years. To understand the relationship between the project outcomes and project structure accurately, we analyzed factors related to project outcomes. As the outcomes, we analyze project cost (i.e., productivity and unit cost of engineers) and project duration (i.e., delivery speed and duration estimation errors). As explanatory variables, we analyze attributes of the project structure (i.e., team size, outsourcing, and contract type). We selected analysis target projects from 2,299 projects collected from 405 organization. After the selection, we clarified factors affecting the cost and the duration. As a result, outsourcing does not affect the unit cost, although it affects productivity. Also, both team size and outsourcing affect delivery speed. The analyzed results are derived from cross-company datasets, and therefore, the findings are expected to have high external validity.
