<p> Background: Details pertaining to school nursing arts and the degree of need (including the minimum essentials) in Yogo teacher training education have not yet been extensively studied.</p><p> Objective: The purpose of this study is to examine the validity of the contents in the taxonomy of school nursing arts and clarify the necessity (including the minimum essentials) in Yogo teacher training education.</p><p> Methods: From October 2019 to January 2020, we conducted iterative questionnaire surveys three times using the Delphi method. The subjects were 276 researchers nationwide (two researchers each from 138 schools); from the second survey onward, only those respondents who gave consent were selected. We investigated the significance of 215 items of school nursing arts, set four levels from level 4 to level 1 indicating the high to low need for education and 0 points out of range, and examined our collected data based on the average value and the response rate.</p><p> Results: The total number of participants was 135. The dropout rate (32 participants in the third survey/66 participants in the first survey) was 48.5%. After three Delphi surveys, nine items (e.g., body measurement (sitting height)) were excluded from the taxonomy of school nursing arts. In addition, the degree of needs for school nursing arts in Yogo teacher training education was presented in four levels. The minimum essentials of school nursing arts were 47 items in I. Basic School Nursing Arts, 31 items in II. School Nursing Arts to Keep Safety and Comfort of Children, 28 items in III. School Nursing Arts of Daily Life Support, and 46 items in IV. School Nursing Arts of Health Support. Hence, there were a total of 152 items.</p><p> Conclusion: In this study, the taxonomy of school nursing arts was carefully selected to be 206 items. Subsequently, the degree of needs for school nursing arts in Yogo teacher training education was presented as four levels from 4 (high need for education; minimum essentials) to 1 (low need for education). Future studies can utilize the results of this research to enhance Yogo teacher training education and set goals for graduation..</p>
