Recently, the ICT(Information and Communication Technology) engineers' workforce shortage has been occurred with the development of ICT progress. And in the new educational guideline of Japan, the learning contents about ICT have been extended. Along with this, effective teaching materials for learning programming are demanded. In this study, we constructed a programming learning environment which can control the actual robots using Scratch developed at MIT. And we verified the effects of the experience learning using the environment by the analysis of the questionnaire results. And by the results, it was confirmed that this environment is possible to improve the learning effect for any students regardless whether who likes originally computer operation or not.
