The following four points are critical for children to live in the modern international community where globalization is advancing; (1) Respect each other, (2) Accept cultural diversity, (3) Live independently, and (4) try to realize “Symbiosis”. Symbiosis in terms of international understanding can only be realized by interactions among the people who have different cultures in their dailylives. This means that we need to interact with the people who have differences not only in races or nationalities, but also in cultural backgrounds and life backgrounds, to recognize each other, and to deepen each other’s understanding. This also overlaps with the philosophy of law-related education, which trains to think proactively, and to live better together with the people who have different opinions. This paper shows the legal framework “Intellectual Tool” to be used in cross-cultural interactions and the perspectives to be used whenever children need to think how to interact with different cultural people. This also shows the criteria to judge among “individual case”, “public case”, “important case”, and “non-important case”, and has developed a class where children can acquire an attitude and capability to establish a good relationship with people with diverse cultures.
