Abstract

<p>In this study, we proposed to accumulate indoor environmental information in housing history information, we investigated performance estimation and indoor environmental assessment of existing houses using measured environmental data. The results of the analysis using the measured data confirmed that the energy-saving performance of the current existing house can be simply predicted and estimated from the minimum room temperature of the unheated room during the winter season. In addition, it was confirmed to be effective in promoting insulation retrofitting and understanding the underfloor moisture environment.</p>
