Abstract

<p>目的：本研究は，デジタルヘルス・テクノロジを用いた介入による労働者のメンタルヘルスへの効果や脱落・遵守状況を検証したメタアナリシスをマッピングし，研究されていないギャップを特定することを目的とした．</p><p>方法：PubMedにて労働者，デジタルヘルス・テクノロジ，メンタルヘルス，メタアナリシスに関するキーワードで2018年以降の文献を検索し，スコーピングレビューを行った．文献から抽出したデータは，研究デザイン，対象者，介入内容などとした．研究の質はAMSTAR 2を用いて評価した．</p><p>結果：採択した4件におけるアウトカムへの効果は概ね小さい～中程度であった．また，脱落率の高さを示すものもあった．研究の質はいずれも信頼性の評価が極めて低～低であった．</p><p>考察：未検討の対象があること，用語や定義が統一されていないこと，研究の質の低さなどの課題があり，質の高いシステマティックレビュー／メタアナリシスが必要である．</p>
