<p>  This study examined the intermediate findings from practical research (action research) conducted to examine the impact of the trial utilization of the Tuning Test Item Bank for the management of teaching and learning at Kyushu University, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Mechanical Engineering. The study aimed to reveal the process in which faculty expert judgement is fostered over time through faculty development interventions via the Tuning Test Item Bank, as well as the process in which initial differences in expert judgement due to prior experience in teaching and learning management are mitigated due to such interventions, resulting in organizational change.</p>
