Since starting the New-Educational system after World War II, it has passed more ten years. At present, there are more than 150 Private Universities and Colleges. And the University Libraries in those Universities and Colleges had been operated by each of them. But compared with those of the National Universities we can't help to see the phase imperfcet or undeveloped about Private University Libraries. <br> However, you can easily understand at that we have some good operating University Libraries on the system of Librarians or Administration for materials between than those of University Systems. <br> Fortunately, I had conducted an investigation for them. The matters are gotten me some ideas or reflections. Then, I'll advocate my opinion that I call “Some problems of University Library in the University”.
