Abstract

This presentation examines the delays in cadastral surveys in Japan and their causes. We will also pay attention to the differences between prefectures as one of the keys to solving this problem. Four factors were raised as factors for the delay in the cadastral survey, and it seems that municipalities and prefectures play a particularly large role. He pointed out that historical land development had an impact on the difference in cadastral survey progress rates between prefectures.
