Abstract
I designed a line tracer kit to be used in the engineering experiment for student. This kit is composed by low cost and readily available parts. Rechargeable batteries supplies power of 6V to the circuit and motors. A photosensor with photoreflectors, witch was made by the second grade students, reads the line drawn on the ground. PIC microcontroller controls the moving by the line information, and two motor is driven by the monolithic IC, respectively. By repeating the re-design, wiring diagram of the circuit board became simple. In this paper, I shows the circuit design process to aid our future engineering experiment.
