Abstract

<p>　Recently, it is increasing that the importance about usage for IoT (Internet of Things) and ICT (Information and Communication Technology). These days, study about project management has good enhancement, however, there is data that failure ratio about IT system implementation is still around 50%. Therefore, it means there are numbers of negative cases that IT system implementation goes smoothly. We consider one of the reason for the failure is; “IT Management Process Model” is not enough activated. Purpose for this study is to detect the reason why activation of “IT Management Process Model” for realizing management strategy is not enough activated, and to propose its solution.</p>
