<p> From the perspective of employee health management in companies it is necessary to accurately ascertain the physical characteristics of hidden obesity and thinness of employees and take measures for it. However, since it is difficult to grasp hidden obesity and thinness in general health examinations, information that serves as a guide for each age and gender is required for their recognition. In this study, we investigated the distribution tendency of body proportion based on BMI classifications in young adults, focusing on hidden obesity and thinness as useful body proportion information for health management in corporate. Hidden obesity increased in both men and women from BMI of 22, reaching about 50% with BMI of 23 and about 70% with BMI of 24. High rates were thus demonstrated.
