Abstract

<p>　In order to clarify the relationship between service satisfaction and web service needs among both parents of children who use day-care support services for children with disabilities and service workers who work at the facilities, we conducted a questionnaire survey of 154 parents and 57 workers at child development support offices (2 locations) and after-school day-care service offices (10 locations) in Nagoya City and Toyota City. As a result of multiple regression analysis of the relationship between service satisfaction and Web services, it was found that both parents and workers were less satisfied with "child-rearing advice and consultation. It is important to create more time for parents and children to interact with each other, and for parents and staff to interact with each other, and it is essential to develop new applications for this purpose.</p>
