Abstract

<p>In recent years, user experience has been emphasized in product development. However, a method for evaluating the experiences created by scenarios has not been established. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to propose a method to evaluate such scenarios. Applying the concept of customer satisfaction analysis based on a time axis from the past to the present, we devised an expectancy analysis that can be applied to a time axis from the present to the near future, and developed a scenario evaluation method. This was analyzed and discussed using "hydration" as a research case study. The results revealed a comparative analysis and ordinal relationships among four different scenario proposals.</p>
