Abstract

<p>In the age of AI utilization, what kind of practical skills are required for outsourced employee in their 70s or more? From 410 data, I narrowed only to outsourced employee and the analysis resulted in four constructs by factors analysis for 245 data. The Characteristics of constructs has advanced ICT skills such as AI and RPA, questioning skills, curiosity, self-directed learning, and the promotion of innovation by utilizing abundant experience. It was evident that those foundation requires management experience and data analysis skills. It has been suggested that these concepts serve as indicators for people to think about their careers.</p>
