Abstract
<p>To establish an environment where diverse talents can work performatively, it is crucial that individuals can work comfortably without hurdles due to their social background or attributes. We focused on people in the IT industry and investigated the inclusiveness of their work environment. Specifically, a questionnaire survey was conducted on employees involved in IT product development at CyberAgent, Inc., and the association between the inclusiveness indicators of the work environment and the social background/attributes of the questionnaire respondents (gender, age, minority attributes, department affiliation, job types, participation in gender gap study groups) was investigated. As a result, we revealed issues related to the inclusiveness of the work environment based on attributes and affiliated organizations. We discuss measures to address these issues.</p>
