All cities in China are experiencing a boom of subway construction this years. This study aimed to clarified the policy tendency of the whole China about subway system's construction and construction conditions in the surrounding Areas, by gathering policies from 20 century to 2022, and interviewing from development project's related company. As the results: 1) Classified 5 China's subway construction periods, and 4 periods about station area development tendency. 2) Clarified the land use plan's change due to subway construction in Xi'an city, China; 3) Construction conditions have been clarified by analysing 2 representativeity cases.
