Abstract
<p>The data stitching software is a software used to smoothly connect 2D data such as mirror measurement data obtained by interferometers. In conventional data connection methods, the handling of drift errors was insufficient, resulting in discontinuities in the connected data. We have developed a method that models drift errors as elastic bodies and solves them as a minimization problem of elastic energy. In this presentation, we will report on the design of the software and the results of the connection experiments.</p>
