本研究は、不登校支援における小学校養護教諭の困難感を明らかにすることを目的とした。小学校に勤務する現職養護教諭を対象にインタビュー調査を実施し、質的記述的に分析した。その結果、小学校養護教諭は、自らが保健室で行う個別支援そのものに困難感があり、それは時に教員や保護者という個別の援助チームのメンバーからの理解が関係していた。また、不登校支援において、担任に配慮や支援をしながら養護教諭としてコーディネートし、組織の中で協働的援助につなげる困難感があった。これらの困難感を左右する養護教諭の力量を実感することにも困難感があるとわかった。

The aim of this study was to identify the difficulties of elementary school yogo teachers in supporting non-attending students. It should be ensured that learning is tailored to the needs of individual child, and the support for non-attending children is part of it. An interview survey was conducted with in-service yogo teachers working in elementary schools and analysed qualitatively and descriptively. The results showed that the elementary school yogo teachers had a sense of difficulty with the individual support themselves in the school health room, which was sometimes related to the understanding of the individual support team members - teachers and parents. In addition, there was a sense of difficulty in providing support for non-attending students at school, while giving consideration and support to the homeroom teacher and coordinating collaborative assistance as a yogo teacher within the organisation. It was found that there was also a sense of difficulty in realising the competence of the yogo teacher, which influenced these difficulties.
