<p>In previous experimental study, strengthening by post tensioning anchors improved seismic performance of RC column with low reinforcement ratio, such as spillway gate pier, under cyclic loading. This study verifies the applicability of 3 bond-slip models to behaviors of post tensioning anchors in contact with concrete by comparing finite element analysis and previous experiments. The results suggested that, the bond-slip model for deformed rebars and the no-bond model can be applied to a full-bond post tensioning anchor and an unbonded anchor respectively.</p>
